This Winter & Spring Canoeing Ireland is offering an exciting and challenging opportunity to try out and experience the thrills and spills of whitewater kayaking in the eastern region

These courses would be suitable for those who hold the Level 2 Kayak Skills award and who have completed at least three  river trips and who wish to broaden their paddling experience and learn the skills and techniques of white-water kayaking. Due to the nature of these courses there will be a maximum of four places so early booking is advisable.
